On February 21, 2015, The Mendham Fire Department will host a fundraiser at the company’s fire house, located at 24 East Main Street in the heart of the Borough. The objective of the event is to raise much needed funds to counter rising operating costs associated with running an all volunteer department. The event, open to anyone 21 and over, is billed as ‘Casino Night,’ and will feature Casino-style games, food, drinks and the opportunity to bid and win on a variety of prizes such as sports tickets, products and other local business packages and experiences. Tickets for the event are $50 in advance, $60 at the door, and all proceeds will go directly to the MFD operations.
We are calling on local businesses such as yours and offering sponsorship packages, enabling you and your business to take a leadership role in our event and ultimately in the eyes of the Mendham community. Naturally, any sponsorship package would be tax deductible. Suggested packages are as follows*:
- Gold Package – $350: Business name will be featured on a commemorative cup, signage and on each table at the event and two (2) free tickets to the event.
- Silver Package – $250: Business name will be featured on a commemorative, one (1) free ticket to the event.
We would also welcome the chance to explore different opportunities with you to get your business involved and engaged. In addition to the monetary packages outlined above, we are also looking for businesses to donate products, gift cards and experiences that would be used in silent auctions, raffles and other door prizes. And of course, we’re open to other suggested donations.
