Help Mendham Borough Fight Hunger! – A Message from Mayor Henry

Mayor-HenryDear Friends and Neighbors,

Morris County has organized a food drive contest between Morris County municipalities to see who can raise the most food over the next few weeks.

As Mayor, I have entered Mendham Borough into this friendly competition which helps support a worthy cause.

Coming off of summer, most food pantries and soup kitchens are low on supplies and can really use a boost. Our community is raising food to support the Interfaith Food Pantry – a terrific organization. We’ve set up an online food drive to make it easy for you to help out. You can go to the link below and pick the food you want to purchase to donate to our drive. Everyone is busy at back to school time, this is any easy way to help out – it only takes a couple of minutes. The food you purchase will be delivered for you after the drive is over. You’ll get a confirmation of the delivery of the food and a tax receipt. Here’s the link: www.YouGiveGoods.com/MendhamBoroughHelpstheHungry-2

Please feel free to pass along to your neighbors, friends and other people in your address book (or social network).

Thanks for your support and thanks for helping those who need it.

Sincerely,

  Neil Henry
  Mayor, Borough of Mendham
